Bible Journaling with Christin | 1 Peter 1:3-5 & Romas 5

I know it's been a while since I posted here on my blog. I've been busy with getting my two boys ready for school and getting all the supplies they needed. Plus, it has picked up in my shop, which I am very grateful for. Now that I have some time, I will be typing up some blog posts for my recent bible journaling. In today's journaling, I will focus on 1 Peter 1:3-5 and Romans 5. Both of these scriptures are centered around our faith within God and Jesus.

1 Peter 1:3-5 speaks about our hope within Jesus' resurrection. Because of our faith and hope within Jesus, we will have the inheritance that God has promised us.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Romans 5 is all about our peace with God through our faith. We have been justified by our faith within God through Jesus. Therefore, we can rejoice in hope of the glory of God. I'm not going to type up the whole scripture, but I will add the few verses that spoke to me below.

Romans 5:1-2

Since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
